Established in 2000, Rossmore Oysters Ltd. established a state of the art purification and dispatch centre in West Sussex.
The SEAFISH designed system, consists of 48 trays of oysters placed into a tank of sterile seawater, where the water is circulated at a huge rate of 13 tonnes / hour per tank. There are eight identical tanks to ensure that every batch of oysters can be contained in its own tank, ensuring that every batch of oysters can be treated separately.
In total we have the capacity to store 50,000 oysters.
