Dorset Rock Oysters

Farmed in Poole Harbour to the north and west of Brownsea island, these delicious rock oysters are fast growing and have a very good meat content. The shells have a slightly irregular shape and are dark brown in colour. They are available in two sizes, medium and large. This is the first farm in the UK to have Organic Certification.
