An Organic First!

Gary Wordsworth, who farms the Dorset Rock Oysters in Poole Harbour has become the first farmer in the UK to have his farm certified organic by the Soil Association.

We are delighted to be able to offer for the first time, these oysters from Poole. At present our depuration facility is not certified as Organic, and we are unable as such to sell them as "Organic," but it is another demonstration that we are sourcing all our oysters from responsible farmers throughout the UK.
